We map the decisions your teams make, the questions behind them and the data you already hold. You get a short, ordered plan: what to collect, where it should live, who owns each part and what to build first.

Warehouse and pipeline builds
We design the warehouse and build the pipelines that feed it, choosing tools that suit your size and your team's skills. Loads are scheduled, tested and documented, so a failed job is noticed quickly and easy to rerun.

Dashboards and reporting
We begin with the questions a report has to answer and agree a definition for every metric before drawing a single chart. The result is a small set of dashboards with consistent figures, plain labels and a clear owner.

We add checks where data enters and moves: freshness, completeness, duplicates and values that break the rules you set. When a check fails, the right person hears about it before a report goes out.

We train analysts and business users on your own data and tools: writing queries, building reports and reading results with care. Shared definitions and written guides stay with your team after we leave.
